Hot Sauce Society is a celebration of the UK’s independent hot sauce makers, bringing together established names and rising stars for a weekend of big flavours and good company. What began in 2019 as a one-day gathering has grown into a full-blown weekend festival, showcasing over 100 different sauce companies in the past five years.

The festival is as much about people as it is about the sauces.  The stories behind the brands is honestly, so inspiring and fun. It’s unpretentious, original, and all about connecting sauce makers with the adventurous food fans of London. There will always be something at Hot Sauce Society you haven't tried before.

I started Hot Sauce Society with a simple idea: to create an accessible space that champions the makers and the stories behind the bottles. With so many incredible brands in London alone, it felt like a total no-brainer. It’s been incredible to watch it grow into a shared love of hot sauce, hard work and the people who love both. It's my favourite weekend of the year.
